"Wonderful location, rooms and facilities, but overpriced stay, food and paid service."

Location, rooms, facilities inside rooms.

It is over priced. Toiletries (shampoo and moistures) were not a good quality. Over priced including food, games, adventure activities. It took around 45 mins for check-in even we had late check-in. And after 30-40 mins of check-in we got the luggage in the room.

The environment within the resort campus | Ecosystem that mitigates heat even during peak of summer | Excellent hassle free check in and check out processes driving great experience |

The prices for some activities like cycling tour conducted by Happy Hub and restaurant food prices are exorbitant. Need to keep the prices at a reasonable level.
