PROS: Location of the resort is very near to city. They keep forest area intact and very lush greenery around. Services are good. Break fast has many varieties. Clean and good services. Safe place for family.

CONS: Rates for the rooms are very high. All furniture s are very old may be 30 years. Paints at rooms are coming out. Window curtains are dirty. We see bigger cockroaches at room. Looks they are not pesticide frequently. Not for old age people, they have to walk more and also there are no ramps for all buildings. Out of 3 pools only one pool working. Too many people approaching you during check in, which is irritating, asking for many questions like where we are coming and etcc for personal information's. Activities are toooooo costly, no one using. For Club Mahindra members separate premier rooms reserved which is disappointing.
