No breakfast included even with a hefty price for a days stay was disappointing

The housekeeping team is doing a good job in maintaining cleanliness, but the washrooms need renovation. The old taps, closet, and wash basin should be replaced, and the washrooms could be made a bit more spacious, especially considering the rates charged. The owners should also focus on improving the quality of food. While some items are good, the variety is limited, and certain dishes are repeated too often. There is no heated swimming pool, which would be ideal in such a cold location. None of the rooms have air conditioning, as the weather remains cold throughout the year. For the price being charged, guests deserve better quality and comfort. They don’t even provide sealed bottled water, and the bottle caps are often stained. They only give rolled tissues upon request, no facial tissues are provided otherwise which is not acceptable for a property in this price range. In rainy season a big no to this property.

Please don’t allow any booking agent with out break fast. We are the regular travellers and no where we have faced this problem, even though we have paid ₹65000/-, we didn’t have a break fast

Its really bad, we are struggling to get net fixed in our room almost 3 hours and then they shifted to another room

Disappointed – Late Night Construction Ruined Our Stay We stayed for one night, hoping for a peaceful getaway from the city. Everything was good until the night. We had a nice spa and the property was great. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing that night. I was abruptly woken up at 12:30 AM by loud construction noises that sounded like welding or drilling—so intense it felt like it was happening right beside my ear. I was shocked that the hotel management would allow such disruptive work to take place in the middle of the night. Despite trying to ignore it and fall back asleep, the noise continued. I had to call the front desk twice before they finally took action. The noise only stopped around 1:10 AM—well past the time anyone should have to deal with such a disturbance in a hotel. This completely ruined the peace and rest I came here for. A truly disappointing experience from a place that should prioritize guest comfort and tranquility. Pros: Breakfast Buffet( Paid), Spa, Property, Amenities.

Property is at nice location . Liked the natural surroundings. Food was good. Climate also nice
