Cadre magnifique. Guide pour le Fish River Canyon très agréable et compétent.

Personnel a l'accueil un peu perdu parfois (3 personnes nécessaires pour l'enregistrement et idem pour payer a la boutique)

Location is spectacular and the lodge is beautiful.

A mini fridge in the room would have been nice. They washed our car after our arrival which in the desert is a waste of water especially since we had to drive more than 100 km back on a dirt road.

Location was excellent as were the surroundings. The staff were great too.

I’m sure many overseas visitors love the staff singing and dancing, but it was not the experience I was after. Lovely sentiment though. Shower could do with some TLC. The area around the accommodation was very well lit. Probably for health and safety reasons, but would have loved to been able to see the moon, stars and mountains which all the lighting prevented.

The location and staff were fantastic , the kids were happy as the WiFi was fast, the food was good, and the drinks were cold
