not 5 star by any stretch, grubby room , broken bath , tiles snd generally poor upkeep , all inc package ,the food was dreadful , very poor service, very disappointing

Excellent location, facility and most importantly the staff. From the front desk reception to the pool waiters and dining room staff, everyone was professional and courteous, kind and thoughtful. It was a pleasure.

Amazing location - the views are beautiful. Food offering good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outside areas and beach beautiful. Great sized room. Cons: The bathroom was tatty and needs updating. The shower screen and curtain do not contain the water leading to leakage on tge floor which made it extremely slippery. Due to the tiled floor this made it dangerous. No wifi in our room plus tv didnt work properly.

Lovely sandy beach. Fantastic selection of good quality food within all inclusive package. Very friendly and efficient staff.

The food was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. However the main lift did not work and this limited our ability to take up the all inclusive benefits as the restaurant for the main meals were four to five flights of stsirs from the main bar,entertainment and pool area. I think they should have warnedus or at least offered a discount. Our room said it had a terrace but this was not usable asyour head wasonn a level with mahor walkway which was always in use.

Hotel is located in the hillside with beautiful view from restaurant with sunset. Staff were pleasant and food was very good. We had superior room which is faced to the seaview but there are also some rooms faced to the hotel side and you can be very close to an alley where a lot of people walk - don't recommend. Rooms are good but should be renovated at least bathrooms. For people who like traveling and don't stay in one place rent a car or motorbike:)

Great location, really good facilities. Beautiful beach, warm sea, staff are lovely. The sad bit, bathroom not cleaned properly, sink, bath not cleaned at all, although bed linen and towels changed daily. Beds comfy. Beach restaurant really good during the day, breakfast great with a huge amount of choice. Dinner buffet not so good. I would recommend to stay here, but I personally would not come back.

The resort was amazing for a family. Each night for dinner there was a different type of cuisine that catered for EVERYONE!! The rooms, staff, pool and the beach were all amazing. I would recommend this hotel/resort and would stay again.

My Family (2 Adults & 1 Toddler) stayed for 1 week early September 2023 with the half board. The Pelekas Monastary had a lovely staff and we enjoyed the property with its different levels and spaces. The buffets offerings at the main restaurant were diverse and tasty enough and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at Torturga Restaurant. We were rained out the first few days and definitely made use of the Kid’s Club and indoor/covered spaces at the pool bar. The absolute highlight was the location, right on the beach with direct access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Close enough to the Pool Bar to either order with staff or order drinks /snacks directly at the bar. Very high quality beach in a shallow bay, clear water with lots of fish and soft sand. There are also a few beachside restaurants alongside the beach, if you want to dine outside of the hotel. We had a Superior Double Room with a Balcony overlooking the Sea. Overall quality of the room was good only drawback was the occasional musty smell that came from the hallway that came from the Maintenance Room in the hallway. In general there are parts of the property that could probably use a little maintenance/upgrade, but overall tithings were in good condition. We are definitely considering coming again.

Pros: position; shuttle bus; room cleaner excellent. Cons: all areas tired and rundown; suite very average; staff rude on check out; over-priced
