Best hotel for holiday I was only for 5 Days but service bar,restaurant,reception all people this department was great,clean hotel,rooms perfectly clean every day.Restaurant all water helps and very clean food is amazing. the care for your holiday is at a high level.Pool bar evening shift the best bartender cocktail is amazing and waitress,waiter all the time cleaning tables and ask you about drinks they took great care of their customers always smiling. Also thanks to two bartenders who worked very professionally and always made good drinks and made the stay very caring. I want to thank the bar manager for giving my child an ice cream even though the ice cream shop was closed in the evening. Thanks to the front desk for letting me have a surprise in my room for my wedding anniversary. This hotel is very good for a holiday of any age, it is very convenient for everything. Thank you to all the employees of this Hotel from the Cleaner to the Hotel Manager

A great hotel with friendly staff. The only issue is that driving to hotel is on steep hill and there is limited parking. The staff were very helpful and very accomodating.

3 Star Hotel pretend to be 5 Stars

The rooms are not suited for a family of 4: sofa beds extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, only 2 chairs on terrace, small wardrobe, only 1 bedside lamp. The rooms are not sound proofed and noise from neighbors was extremely noticeable, especially at night. We found the bathroom not cleaned to appropriate standards. The bathroom fittings are damaged, worn, stains of rust, scale and mold all around. The glass balcony doors had prints all over - they looked like they hadn't been cleaned for the season. Interior and exterior walls in many places around the hotel areas are dirty, patched with paint. Sewage smells pop up around the resort, particularly around the stairs near the elevator. There are no rules in place for pool side sun-beds with many people placing towels before heading to breakfast, therefore taking advantage before others. Staff at bar seemed unengaging and fed up with serving tourists. The Saturday night entertainment was extremely poor, other nights were very enjoyable, particularly the saxophonist. Overall, the hotel is lacking effective management, maintenance, attention to detail in all aspects as well as a warm welcoming atmosphere. Having stayed in another 5 star hotel in Roda, I am surprised this hotel is authorized to run as a 5 star. Having said all of the above, our stay was saved by the restaurant food and its location - amazing view and beautiful, clean sea water.

If you are expecting a 5 star, be ready for a shock, it’s a fake 5 star. Location is superb but condition is pathetic. Aircon is tired and it takes 3 days before it will becomes comfortable, I had to ask for a fan. There’s a tiny cupboard and no chest of drawers or extra storage space to store your one week holiday clothes, we lived off suitcases! bathroom fittings were badly rusted to a filthy standard and they had to fix water standing in shower and leaking into the bathroom floor 3 times but no use so I gave up spoiling my holiday. Overall it’s a run down hotel with poorest of room standards one can expect, and although the location is good but I won’t consider returning here unless extensive refurbishments are carried out. Some staff bend backwards to help but others pass strange comments implying as if it’s your fault to have higher expectations? Restaurant staff is very good and helpful but cleaners for rooms are over burdened with work.

We had a lovely 3 days at this hotel. We tend to be keen on independent travel so wouldn’t normally choose half board. But we found breakfast and dinner had plenty of options and gorgeous views views. Beach was brilliant. Rooms in need to a little tlc - more in line with a 4 star hotel than 5 star. But the price was a 4 star price not 5 so we had adjusted our expectations. Lots of people on all inclusive - we were happy with half board as we got to pick our own wine! The Rose was fabulous. A great family orientated hotel - our kids loved it. Friendly staff, fun evening entertainment. Perfect for us for a few days.

Good points : A great location with amazing views and lovely beach! The food was good with varied choices and good quality taste and freshness. The bar and restaurant staff ( the ones in uniform - not the management) were friendly and helpful. The lifeguard - Ornella- at the beach was very good and took her job seriously. The shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly. Things to work on: cleanliness of the bathrooms , this was not done to a good standard . Cleaners very friendly and helpful but I don’t thick they have enough time to do a good clean, also they may not use the right cleaning products? The bathrooms in need to refurbishment as some things in disrepair. Management of the hotel did not come across as welcoming or friendly, never smiling or chatting to the guests. This was especially evident at the reception desk. The staff there were efficient and helpful but not at all friendly or warm apart from one lady - Ionnna who was very helpful and seemed genuinely friendly and interested in the guests - I did not get this impression at all from the management at reception or the restaurant. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others but it would be so much better if the management were more welcoming and hospitable.

Overall experience was good, with great service, and a variety of delicious food and drinks. The private beach feels safe, often we left our belongings by the sunbed while we swam in the sea without worrying about someone my take them or removing them. The location compared to other hotels is one of the best. Unfortunately, the room has seen better days, I would say it is quite old fashion.
