Arina Beach Resort

Fantastic experience. Just returned after a week. 4 of us including 2 young kids. Kids club - the team are brilliant, Manager, Michelle and the lads were super. My two wanted to go back every day which was a bonus! Mini disco good for all ages. Water park is great for up to about 8/9 but water is freezing in all the pools so we barely used. Bar - great options at the bars, Dimitri, Marina, Auga and all the bar team were fantastic great chat, very welcoming and were brilliant at remembering drinks etc. Food- such a fantastic range of food, really was something for everyone, so fresh. Would have liked the lunch and dinner services to start earlier though to accommodate kids. Spa - we had massages and facials while there. It was slightly on the higher side of what Id normally pay, but Eleyni was excellent - the facial and deep tissue massage were fantastic. Gym - this was the only down side, it is quite small, and a few of the machines weren't working. Would be good to have yoga mats as an option to stretch etc. The flooring they have is solid and really uncomfortable. From a hygiene perspective would be good to have a spray and disposable paper to clean machine before/after. The air con also doesn't work so was roasting and uncomfortable. All in all a fantastic holiday, would highly recommend and we will be returning in future.

Despite the hailstones and dodgy few days weather Arina Beach delivered on all counts....excellent friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness was fantastic, food was varied and very good even for the kids, rooms were great..beach was beautiful...all in all a fantastic family resort

Return guests. Arina Beach Resort provided a fantastic stay where every detail was handled with care. The staff were truly fabulous, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Excellent location, with a beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and catered to our family needs, and the housekeeping staff were very good. It’s extremely clean. There is daily entertainment, but it’s not noisy, your little one can nap without being disturbed. We were thoroughly impressed by the excellent food and the variety offered at every meal. The bars had a great atmosphere for relaxing, and the spa was a perfect spot to unwind. For families, the child play areas were a huge hit and kept the kids entertained throughout the trip. It is a wonderful, well-rounded resort that catered to our every need. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone.

Hotel very nice staff friendly good facilities rooms were very nice and everywhere very clean. Food average and even in restaurants it was a buffet style. Long queues for drinks I would not expect this of a 5 star hotel. Location was ok but not really a lot to do outside of hotel. Paddle court good equipment in a very poor state. Tennis not good as courts open and you kept loosing balls equipment was also in a very poor condition.

La situation de l'hôtel à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport en front de mer, les services et le all inclusive de qualité. Le confort du bungalow avec piscine privée. l'accès à des services additionnels comme les restaurants réservés, le SPA et les massages ! Sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

Just been to the spa in the hotel. Had a full body massage. Katerina was outstanding.. very friendly and professional and she did the best massage! It was so perfect and I have left feeling relaxed and fully de stressed. Highly recommended and will use again! Lovely spa with lovely staff.

Close to the airport, quick transfer on the coach. Quick and friendly check in, the porter took our cases up for us. Our room was in block 2, 2nd floor 2207. View out from the balcony over the heart shaped pool to the sea. Room was clean and maintained as such through our stay. Download the hotel app to book into the various restaurants and activities available. We booked an AI package through Jet2. Facilities throughout very good, made use of the gym and indoor pool. Sun beds available at the pools around the hotel and on the sandy beach. Geared towards families but you can find some quieter areas to switch off and relax. The standard and choice of food throughout was really good, whether buffet or one of the three restaurants. Impressed. Bars were well stocked, and didn't have to wait for ages to be served. Best aspect of the hotel is the staff, all friendly and clearly try to make your holiday a good experience. Service excellent. Well deserving of tipping! Had great banter with Tony, Kostas and Albi, Yammas guys! Tips Bus stop 2 directly outside heads to Heraklion, can download KETA app use QR code on buses stop to buy tickets or pay cash/card on bus. Half hour to Heraklion. Agios Nicolaos direction bus stop across the road in front of the shops, hour and a half travel time. Get a sea view room if you enjoy plane spotting 😉

Eleni was a very excellent massager . I will love too come back here and to do again a massage . Gina’s was also good
