Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber eingerichtet. Das Essen hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen und bot eine gute Auswahl. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche Personal – sowohl an der Bar als auch im Restaurant waren alle sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Anlage war gepflegt und machte einen angenehmen Eindruck. Außerdem gab es viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden und Entspannen, sowohl an den Pools als auch direkt am Strand, sodass man immer einen passenden Platz zum Liegen finden konnte.

Die Lage in der nähe des Flughafen ist zwar praktisch, allerdings muss man dadurch den ganzen Tag mit Fluglärm rechnen. Der Service an der Rezeption war leider nicht immer freundlich. Abends war die Bar selbst in der Nebensaison oft sehr überfüllt, wodurch es teilweise zu längeren Wartezeiten kam. Auch im Hauptrestaurant war der Geräuschpegel häufig laut, was das Essen manchmal etwas unruhig gemacht hat. ( Es gibt noch drei weitere Restaurants, in denen dies NICHT der Fall ist!)

We returned from Arina Beach in the early hours of this morning and are already longing to go back! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, our holiday was fantastic. We travelled as a family of four: myself, my two daughters, and my mother (ages 26–76), and every one of us absolutely LOVED Arina Beach. My youngest daughter has additional support needs, and the hotel catered perfectly to all of us. Our family maisonette with pool access was ideal, and we spent many happy hours on the deck. The room was kept spotless by our cleaner, with water and soft drinks replenished daily. The food was exceptional, offering the best quality and variety I have seen in any all-inclusive hotel. We have stayed in Riu, Melia, and even Turkey's Barut Collection, and this was on par or better. The à la carte restaurants provided a lovely alternative to the buffet, although the buffet itself left us spoilt for choice. The restaurant manager keeps everything running like clockwork. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and really went out of their way to ensure we had a brilliant time. Special thanks to Olga at the pool bar and to Albi (“vitamins”) at the main bar! We also have to praise the fantastic animation team, including Anistasiia (yoga & Zumba), Mattei, and especially the lovely Michel, who made sure we got involved and added so much fun to our stay. Make sure you try the Cretan cookery show! We did experience some minor issues, including some accidental damage caused by us, but the hotel staff were super helpful and understanding. Maintenance and housekeeping responded quickly and efficiently. Our top tip is to get out and explore Crete! We hired a car for three days and visited Ierapetra, Agios Nikolaos, Koutouloufari, Knossos, Rethymno, and Chania. We also took excursions to Santorini and Matala Beach (the latter recommended by Michel) – both were amazing. Even three stormy weather days failed to put a damper on our best holiday in years. Finally, we can highly recommend the spa. Three of our party enjoyed massages and came away feeling wonderfully relaxed. Even sitting by the indoor pool in so relaxing, with friendly staff on the spa reception area. We are already planning our next visit and simply cannot wait to return to Arina Beach!

We have stayed at many hotels around the world, including RIU and Sensatori resorts, and honestly, Arina Beach was just as good — if not better in some areas. The food was very nice throughout our stay, with plenty of choice every day. The beach was lovely and clean, with soft sand and beautiful clear water. Drinks were good, and the water park was great for kids and kept our little one entertained for hours. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job. Every night was enjoyable, and even though the programme repeated after 7 days, it was still very well done and had a great atmosphere. I also want to mention allergies. I have a nut allergy, and all allergens were clearly labelled, which made things much easier and safer for me. One day, the head chef even made me a cake from scratch especially for me, which was genuinely appreciated and a lovely gesture. The only small improvement I would suggest would be having nut-free cakes in a separate section to avoid any chance of them being mixed with other desserts. Another small suggestion would be to have spare pillows of different firmness available at reception for guests who may prefer softer or firmer options. The only negative experience we had during the stay was with one security guard, who approached me and my two-year-old son quite aggressively over how we opened a door. It felt unnecessary at the time, however I do believe this was just an isolated incident, as every other member of staff we encountered throughout the holiday was friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return. A fantastic hotel for families, with great staff, a beautiful beach, and a really relaxing atmosphere.

Incredible hotel with incredible staff. Special shout out to Toni the barman, as well as all the night staff at the main bar. Food was amazing, people were lovely. Would 110% be visiting again.
