Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Next time, make sure the Baileys bottles aren’t all empty! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this place a few times a bit better last time. as I found dirty pants Behind the curtains and the room was dirty. This time only the service was terrible. After ringing reception three times . It took 3hrs For some clean towels . Then a knock on the door and handed to me with not a word .

I have requested to change my room three time, my request was ignored. Not very happy

Centrally located but yet quiet . Very helpful and friendly staff

Lighting in our room was very disappointing. While the lights in the bedroom were too dim to read in the evening, the bathroom lights were much too bright. The glaring overhead lights made it impossible to apply makeup properly. A mirror in the bedroom was unlit and too dark to use.

Hotel was generally good but Breakfast was not worth £12. Ran out of things, lots of empty bowls and pans and replaced everything just as they closed the buffet, very bizarre situation. Had to wait for table to be cleared, struggled to get tea and coffee and to order off the menu. Would stay again but never have breakfast here!!!

Great location, excellent hotel

Room was good apart from the broken shower, but wasn't bothered enough by it to complain, it still worked but the rail that the shower head was attached to was sort of put back in place after someone had broken it prior to our visit. General area was okay, not very much parking available as it's shared with the nearby Land Rover and Jaguar branches. Good and friendly service, it was nice and clean.
