Crowne Plaza London - Kingston by IHG

Was initially put in a disabled room and had to change. The bath didn’t work. Location isn’t great Other than that it is really clean and nice inside.

I had trouble finding the wardrobe, food in the restaurant all seemed spicy, even the coleslaw but.. the staff were excellent - especially Daniela and Arraditta - thank you And what a great location for Hampton Court Palace And Surbiton train station

We had a comfortable one night stay. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, the food was good quality and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast let things down - you’re supposed to ‘Grab & Go’ your pre-ordered selection during a 15-min timeslot, but my husband ended up hanging around for 30 minutes with other guests, which defeats the whole point of the system. They should just drop the breakfast bags off outside the rooms when the food is ready, it would be more efficient. We had ticked white bread for our sandwiches but got given brown, so what’s the point of having options on the menu if they’ll be ignored? The fridges have been removed from the rooms and there was no milk for hot drinks, but there was also no option for choosing hot drinks on the breakfast menu. We understand the Covid-related processes are new, but some better organization seems required. Apart from the breakfast though, it was a good stay in a handy location by the river and we would stay again in need.

No tea/coffee maker or satellite channels like described from the Room! Room looked out dated, chip on the edge of glass table, fridge was useless, heating in room was useless! Room service was shocking, bread was stale and missing items too! Plus side, bed was comfortable, food in restaurant was pricey but nice and the staff are great! The owner also has a complete disregard to disabled parking constantly parking in one of the bays! No way is this a 4 star hotel, definitely not worth the price..

Very good. In addition the hotel staff were very helpful & allowed a late check out, no problem.
