Staff were friendly and happy to help.. due to covid restrictions there wasnt the usual info in the room but staff were happy to answer any questions u had. The hotel location was in a good position for the river walk so i will definitely use this hotel again

"want COVID? Stay here!"

Badly organised. Breakfast is was a free fall. Unhygienic self service buffet, staff serving tables and making coffee with masks just covering their chins (!!!), no manager in charge to speak to. Zero COVID regulations.

"odern, friendly hotel"

The highlight of my stay was the lovely, friendly helpful receptionist, JEA. I understand the covid scenarion, but its disappointing that the room isnt cleaned or even the bins emptied during a 3 night stay
