Bed very comfortable, staff lovely

Location excellent for what we wanted to do. Bit surprised there was no wardrobe in the room though x there was a narrow cupboard with an ironing board in.

Nice hotel. Quite a small room but functional and comfortable. Very clean. Good service. Covid restriction meant I didn’t use any facilities, restaurants or room service. Good location, 2 mins walk to the Thames, 10 mins walk from centre of Surbiton or 30 mins from Kingston.

Very enjoyable stay after a stuttering start. We were not happy with the room initially allocated, but this was changed and upgraded very quickly when we alerted the Crowne Plaza staff. Good views and excellent room service breakfasts. Covid restrictions meant the the atmosphere was flat, but there is nothing that could be done about that. Covid precautions were excellent.

The staff have been superb in making sure I have been well catered for and looked after.

It was a calm night, the staff were very professional. Would recommend.

Water ingress through the ceiling at 4am in the morning. Offered free breakfast but we had paid for that already. Then 2 complementary Drinks. Overslept so missed the breakfast. Think another night offered free of charge Would have been the minimum offered. That said staff are very professional and polite

Our stay, in-between our house sold & moving on, was comfortable & had everything we needed. The staff were excellent & on hand to help when needed. Food offering was very good. No complaints & would definitely stay again.
