Waldorf Astoria Park City

Our second visit this year and we took Dallin up on his offer to come back, and we are glad we did. The staff recognized my wife and I and that felt amazing and made us feel right at home. This time around Dallin arranged the house car for us for our anniversary dinner and to our surprise was the one who drove us! He shared unique facts about Park City and gave us the best recommendations for what to order! My wife and I travel a lot and never met an individual who was so passionate and energetic and personable. We also want to give thanks to the Powder staff and Jeff/valet staff and the amazing housekeeping staff. We can't wait to come back again!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria Park City. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Our room was stunning: beautifully designed, immaculate, and extremely comfortable. We had an upgraded suite that included washer and dryer. The property has great touches that make the stay feel special, like the nightly s’mores (a big hit!) and the complimentary shuttle to the town center, which made getting around super easy. Breakfast was excellent, and the bar became one of our favorite parts of the trip—the drinks, the vibe, everything was spot on. Overall, this was truly one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. The only thing to be aware of is that the “free” breakfast benefit through Amex Platinum doesn’t cover the entire breakfast cost, so there’s a small upcharge. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Having just stayed in 12 luxury hotels (Bel Air, Peninsula Beverly Hills, Four Seasons Palm beach, Faena Miami beach, Waldorf Astoria Park city, W Aspen, St. Regis San Francisco, Waldorf Astoria Vegas, etc) around the USA, I have a fresh feel to review these hotels with great comparisons. This hotel was stunning in terms of the rooms, service and hotel itself. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. They knew our names before we gave our IDs and upgraded us to a suite. The staff at check in was so sweet, and tried everything to make our stay better, from restaurant suggestions to extending the opening hours of the pool for us. The room was super large and even had a dryer and a washer. The 2 real fireplaces were awesome touches. The bed was great. The only downside was the freezing cold water from all the taps and showers. It really took 5 minutes atleast to get some warm water. The burgers and ice cream we ordered from roomservice were 7/10. Quite average. Unfortunately we did not have time for the pool, whixh looked really nice. There was also a sauna available. The breakfast was great, even better than at Peninsula Beverly hills or Waldorf Vegas. We then continued to W Aspen, and this Waldorf was 2x better in every aspect. All in all, I would definitely visit againn!

We have never had such a wonderful hotel experience as we had when we stayed at the Waldorf Park City. The staff makes you feel like you are their only priority from the moment you check in until you check out. Darwin provided us with so many great suggestions about things to do and places to see. We ran into him all over the hotel and it was like running into an old friend. Matt at the front desk saved the day when there was a blip in our service, resolving things immediately like it was a code red when it most certainly was not! The car service into Park City was great and much needed as parking is tough there. Powder was wonderful. The food and service top notch. Hilton diamond benefits were wonderful including room upgrade, late check out and generous F&B credit daily. It was also great meeting Jill in the elevator by accident one night which demonstrates how well the staff is trained at getting to know their guests. This was the most awesome hotel!

It is a handsome building located near a ski lift. The lobby and exterior were very inviting.

The toilet flapper needed to be replaced after the first flush. The room was smaller than I would have liked. There was no self parking.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about out this beautiful hotel. This was my 3 trip and the best so far (I will be going again:). The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The shuttle service into town was so easy and the food was 5 star! The breakfast frittata was the best I’ve ever had! Between the staff and the natural beauty of the hotel (so quietly luxurious) our trip was amazing! We had dinner reservations but chose instead to stay in because the food and views were so good! We were treated like royalty. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels but this FAR exceeds any of them! Thanks to all who made our twin birthday celebration so special!

The Waldorf Astoria Park City was incredible! Before we arrived, Dallin was a great help sharing local hiking trails to explore as well as coordinating a couples massage treatment. During our stay, all the staff was so welcoming and had incredible attention to detail. It was great to meet Dallin on property during our stay, he helped coordinate transportation to and from town during our stay and had great recommendations. We look forward to returning for another season!

Great place!

Beautiful, super clean, and in a great location. The staff were beyond amazing—so friendly and polite. Honestly, I’d give it seven stars for the staff alone.
