Waldorf Astoria Park City

Loved the suite! It felt just like home. The service and food in the restaurant was outstanding. The front disk was very informative. everyone was very friendly!!! We will tell all our friends about your wonderful hotel!! We will definitely be back!!😊

We spent two nights for our anniversary at the WA park city and both left very underwhelmed. The pool was nice enough, albeit way too small for the size of the resort. The wait staff were as attentive as they could be as there were not enough of them for the weekend crowd. The poolside food was average. Around 3 o’clock they bring out a DJ and any hope of a relaxing poolside experience goes out the window. They BLAST music, which gives off more of a Cancun/springbreak vibe than scenic park city. There is a small 18+ older hot tub that was completely overrun by 13 year olds, and nobody seemed to be monitoring it. The poolside experience quickly went downhill and we packed up and left. It was not great The room was nice enough, I wouldn’t call them luxurious by means. Think slightly more high end than a Marriott. My main complaint was the room had a large window above the other windows that could not be covered. So when the sun pops up at 5:30/6:00 so do you. With small kids at home we were looking forward to sleeping in a little. I asked for a room change, and apparently they were completely booked. The $50 mandatory daily parking fee is a little excessive. Overall, it was not great. We had just come home from WA Pedregal in February there’s no comparison. Waldorf Astoria Park city is a miss.

Park City is a beautiful place to visit and there are many types of accommodations to choose from. Of all the places I have stayed, however, the Waldorf Astoria is far and away my favorite. The views location and layout are ideal. Main Street and all it has to offer is a short car or shuttle ride away, but you will be grateful to return to the tranquility of the Waldorf. Over the years that I have stayed there, the level of customer service and quality have remained consistently exceptional. Our most recent stay was no exception. The entire staff was friendly, attentive and helpful, but two individuals went above and beyond. Mitch from the front desk and Dallin, the concierge, patiently helped my family with a request to access a streaming service on our television. When the task proved to be more time-consuming and difficult than we thought, both gentlemen stayed with us until a solution was found. It is rare to find individuals like Mitch and Dallin when traveling, but they are symbolic of the Waldorf Astoria experience in Park City.

Like most travelers, I typically only write reviews for really exceptional service or really poor service and, unfortunately, this review is the latter. Our family is set to stay at the Park City Waldorf for five nights, and on the first night we made a trip to Walmart for groceries and snacks for the week since we were staying in the junior suite room with the kitchenette. When we got back to the hotel room the refrigerator wasn’t working. So we did what a normal family would do and called the front desk who sent the maintenance person. The maintenance person mentioned that the last person to stay in our room also said the refrigerator didn’t work. Why would the hotel knowingly give us a room with a dysfunctional fridge? This was supposed to be an upgraded room as well since we are diamond members. I can understand maybe the Holiday Inn having this fridge issue but not the Waldorf. Perhaps what made this even more annoying for me was the fact that we had already bought grocery items. The maintenance person tried to do what he could to fix the issue, but then said he would need to come back in the morning to replace the fridge. This was already 11pm and we have a family with you young kids and a dog so you can imagine our frustration at this point. Meanwhile, we have a fridge full of items set to perish. Of course I then asked where the ice machine was and did what I can do to try and keep the fridge cool. To the maintenance person’s credit, I spotted him with a bucket headed to the ice machine after my second trip and mentioned I had already got a few buckets since we were trying to rest asap as this is our first night after a long trip. I remain completely frustrated that we were given a room that the hotel knew had a non-working fridge, that we are going to spend a lot more time having to deal with the maintenance issue, and that we perhaps may need to go back to the store to replace rotten food. Again if this were the Holiday Inn this would be a non-issue. But the Waldorf Astoria is known for quality and exceptional service which, unfortunately, they did not deliver at this property during our stay.

Our experiences at the Waldorf Astoria Park City have been nothing short of incredible. We’ve been visiting for the past three years, and every time we arrive, it feels like coming home. The staff here are truly what make this place so special From the moment we pull up, Jeff at valet greets us like old friends. He always takes care of us with such kindness and attention to detail. it’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. A special shoutout to Angela, the event planner, who helped bring our wedding to life. Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine care made our big day absolutely perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. we couldn’t have asked for more. Whether it’s for a weekend getaway or a life changing celebration, the Waldorf Astoria Park City delivers an unforgettable experience. We’re so grateful for the incredible staff who make each stay feel so personal and meaningful. Already counting down the days until we return!

Personal and personalized service including shuttle services. Bar service is not only convenient, it is also with views inside or out that are relaxing and refreshing. Definitely in the grand hotel class. Quiet neighborhood helps you enjoy the serenity of the mountains.

My family and I have had the pleasure of staying at this property several times this past year. And, there is a reason we keep returning… it is an absolute gem in every possible way. From the friendliness of the staff to the luxurious accommodations, the proximity from SLC to the historic charm of Park City’s Main Street, and the easy access to the slopes in the winter and flower filled hikes in the summer- you can’t beat it! The Waldorf Astoria exceeds our expectations with each visit. We highly recommend this property.

We had a staycation for one night. The property is dog friendly, which was perfect for us to get away without a boarding our pup. Everything was lovely.

Fantastic stay AGAIN!!!!! Beautiful rooms and grounds and the service is a 12 out of 10!!!!!! A special shout out to Alex, Sydney,Sebastian,Aaron and Aizhan The staff was amazing and so friendly and the amenities were fantastic!!!! I go to park city annually and this is where I stay now. Best service!

I left my airpods in my room, housekeeping was pathetic and would not help me find them. I called and spoke to the manager several times with no response back. I could see the location of the airpods in the room and knew they were there. I lost $300 worth of airpods due to the management not wanting to help or get involved. Will not stay here again, be very careful with this hotel all they want is your money once you leave they could care less about helping you.
