"Good place to stay, a lot that thing to do"

Great place to stay. Near to most interesting place like mall, food and entertainment. Especially shuttle bus to Lippo Mall. Room is perfect, suitable for 4-star hotel. Clean and really comfortable. A lot choice for breakfast buffet too. But not cheap, consider it moderate price.

"Family friendly "

Hi The Hotel is very good, family friendly also,food was great. One draw back is be mindful of your room selection on a friday or Saturday night due to loud music being played until about 3am

"Good hotel, pleasant staff "

Good hotel in a good & safe area. Staff are generally very attentive and speaks at least basic English. Security generally is good and they have a blue bird taxi counter in house. Good for business travellers. Quality of bed can be improved though - it’s really hard.

Price vs. return value was perfect. Really good food and well working internet. Close a lot of cafès and other restaurants if one like to have a change in food

"Average but good facilities"

Well trained staff. Good room size, excellent WiFi. AC creates too much of a draft even on lowest setting, weak lighting in room, shower head broken and shower flooded each time used (both like that when I arrived).

bathroom: restricted drainage and shower working badly towel quality and quantity substandard Room Clean breakfast ok got stuck in elevator for 15 minutes could not phone from elevator .Maintenance obviously not up to standard. General condition dated

I was navigated to a smoking room, while I made it clear that I needed non-smoking room. The hotel had VIP for Expedia Gold member, but no mention about it. May be I was expecting too much...

"Friendly and Comfortable in good location "

Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Nothing was too much for them. My room was well presented, clean and quiet. The location is close to excellent food and shopping options. I assess the hotel as good value for money. Recommended.
