"More like 3.5 star hotel"

Spent one night here and saw lots of families with kids. There were only 4 floors so there is no grand view from hotel room. The twin room was spacious but it smelled moldy. Bed sheets and towels smelled bad, too. There were only two bath towels (one of each person) and no face towels at all. No slippers provided. Aircon is not working properly. Could not sleep well because it was too hot. Expedia gave us free mini bar but when we checked with hotel staff, they said only certain drinks were free.

"My oldies hotel"

It is been long time a go I stay at Kemang hotel is been more than 20 years since we moved to Texas. But kemang hotel is still one of my favorite hotel.

"Home away from home"

As always, I had a fantastic stay at Grand Kemang. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to ensure my stay is perfect, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

"There may be other choices..."

Hotel is showing its age. Card keys do not work very well and was locked out 2 nights in a row. Had to get reception to reset each time. Traffic was terrible in the area

Grandkemang hotel is a good quality, tidy hotel with good services. It is close to local entertainment, bars, restaurants etc. the rooms are large and spacious.

"Very nice hotel fallen in rough times"

This hotel was high quality, but seemed to be skimping on things where possible- towels were old and not plentifully provided, for example. The breakfast buffet was excellent- and seemed to be a meeting place in the community, so it was kept up.
