La localisation est parfaite sur une plage de rêve avec de belles piscines et des bungalows bien aménagés et propre! Literie confortable! Beau jardin et équipements de sport sympas. Cours de yoga et pilates très sympa!

Ne pas prévenir les clients qu’il faut prévoir un bateau privé à 1200bath aller + 1200 bath retour pour venir à l’hôtel. Nous avons été très contrariés à l’aller. Et quand nous avons voulu réserver le jour même le retour avec la navette de l’hôtel (300bath/personne), on nous a dit qu’elle était complète. Finalement, l’hôtel a trouvé une solution mais j’ai vraiment dû insister. Honnêtement ça gâche l’expérience client à l’arrivée et au départ. Autre chose: ambiance le soir est pas terrible. Pas de musicien digne d’un 5etoile, vie du soir pas sympa. Ça manque un peu d’animation authentique du pays (danse, musique, ..)

Le personnel est incroyable, les lieux sont propres, et des vélos sont mis à disposition pour se balader. Le cadre est à couper le souffle.

La Wifi malheureusement fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. La marée basse donc compliqué de se baigner la journée.

The key things to note about this hotel is that it's set amongst the islands' natural environment and setting, which is most of the charm and the bungalows are lovely and in the gardens. It's a big hotel with a lot of rooms, and we were in a great bungalow close to the beach, pool and the main reception and restaurant/bar area so good spot for us. However, the hotel is extremely tired and needs a makeover in the common areas of the hotel - the arrival in the grotty reception isn't impressive, the front of the hotel on the water is being held up by logs which are all falling down from holding the sand up from falling into the ocean, some of the grounds have no plants and dirt tracks leading from the main restaurant/pool back to the bungalow village, the open-air bar was poor with no ambience and a terrible live band that played old 70's music every night and was always empty because there was no vibe - adding some lanterns, facing the couches out to the ocean view, cleaning the lounge cushions and just a little pep-up would help. The staff are overstretched and we could never find anyone by the pool or by the beach to order a drink or food and to be honest, there are four restaurants of which one is closed at nights, and one isn't open Mondays, which left us with one choice each night - we ended up eating in the little village behind the hotel up the side of the canal, as we just didn't have the options. This hotel is lovely, it's relaxing and it's natural and right on the beach - so we'd definitely come back, but our expectations of the front facing elements of the hotel ie: reception, restaurants and lounge/bar are low, however the room is clean, lovely, lots of space for luggage, has strong wifi and lots of amenities etc. Breakfast is a chaotic scene to get to buffet tables, but there's always room / tables for everyone - it's just busy!

The shared areas of the hotel are not updated and let the hotel down. The rooms are great, but the arrival reception, the main restaurant, the lobby, the open-air lounge and the paths from the bungalows to the pool and beach are tired. It needs a makeover, change of music, lighting, clean it up and definitely put more staff on in the day time - you can't order drinks or food without having to go find someone.

Location and stunning beachfront, great breakfast buffet and friendly staff

Some parts of the resort are starting to look tired and the some of the Villas are definitely in need of some cosmetic TLC and a freshen up. Garden beds and timber on lots of areas very weather beaten.
