Horrendous food, the main beach has way too many boat activities and hence the quality has gone to the dogs, only the one infront of the fun pool is any good...overall beach has become too ordinary in a period of 8-9 years, circa 2019 when we first came and thought it was amazing, that being the reason why we decided to go back there in the first place...but it was not worth it at all

Clean, efficient, kind staff, a dream vacation.

They offered the buggy to get around which was helpful with my 80 year old father, but often the waiting time was incredibly long when we needed one most.

Great location for Maya Beach and snorkelling. Fantastic sea life..

Hotel is very tired, needs completely redecorating, refurbishing

Facilities are stunning, the beach is so beautiful and every day when the tide goes out you can walk out for miles. Both pools are fab and offer something different. The buffet breakfast is great. The room is so big and the comfiest bed ever, best sleep all holiday. Just behind the resort is a little village which has some local shops and restaurants which is great.

The service is rubbish. Whether it's waiting for food/drinks by the pool or in the evening at the restaurant you are waiting such a long time. One meal, we had to chase drinks after an hour post ordering and food was still hour and half wait - too long if you have young children. The resort is remote and can only be accessed by boat so just bare that in mind in case you want to get out and explore more, you are limited to local boats and their prices. Also getting to the main land has to be carefully planned if you don't want to pay the hotels extortionate transfer rates and their very limited timings.

Las cabañas son muy cómodas y todo el complejo tiene salida a la playa.

Que ofrecieran un servicio “exclusivo” para llegar al alojamiento (solo se accede en barco) y nos enviaran en una lancha semi publica por la que tuvimos que esperar tres horas en el puerto de Krabi. Por el mismo costo conseguimos un transporte privado que nos llevo de vuelta más cómodo, rápido y en el horario que nosotros quisimos. Deberían darte esa opción o la información al menos de como llegar.

Prachtige ligging. Heel rustig en resort heeft eigen privé strand waar het altijd heel rustig was. Alles heel netjes en heel vriendelijk personeel. Verschillende restaurants.

Restaurants könnten besser sein

Great setting, with insanely beautiful sea and beach, a coral reef w fab snorkeling just outside the resort. Loved exploring on bikes in and outside the resort, go to other bays to watch the sunset, and take a boat to main town. Restaurants also wonderful. Massage was an incredible experience. What an amazing, peaceful place. Definitely want to come back.
