La comida es muy rica y hay muchas opciones. Las piscinas muy limpias y si tienes niños hay opciones de una alberca muy grande. La habitación muy comoda.

Nos hubiera gustado que el baño tuviera la regadera por separado porque la bañera esta resbalosa.

El hotel es inmenso y bonito. Obviamente, destacan sus vistas al mar y la playa, que tiene arena fina y está muy limpia. La ubicación está algo alejada del centro de Mazatlán, pero vale la pena si la idea es desconectarse del mundo.

La comida podría mejorar mucho. Como la ubicación del hotel está retirada de la ciudad, no es fácil salir a comer (y bueno... es un hotel todo incluido de cinco estrellas).

muy mal servicio tanto en la comida y en las bebidas en el area de alberca.. comida muy mala, nunca habia disponibilidad para reserva de restaurantes. muy sucio.

Half of my stay was spend awaiting for the elevators , they took eternity . The line was insane , I did take the stairs a couple times .7 floors up and down … what a great vacation workout
