El servicio del personal del hotel es muy bueno.

Dejan a la gente poner bocinas con música y eso nos molesta a los demás, creo que no deberían permitir eso en las albercas.

La playa, las albercas, la comida.

Había hay poca disponibilidad de agua para beber, solo ponen una botella de 1.5 L y no la reponen, en la noche tenía sed y había que caminar mucho para consegui. La plancha no servia.

las albercas, la comida y servicio de bebidas excelentes

la musica de banda en la playa, fatal, no deja descansar, Y MAL, PERO MUY MAL,,,,no puedo facturar el servicio ya que pague a travez de una plataforma y entre los 2 se echan la pelota,,,,en riu me dicen que ellos no porque no recibieron el dinero perooo,,,,entonces como me hospede ahi,,,,claro que lo recibieron y entiendo que no podrian facturar el total de lo que pague por el servicio que da la plataforma,,,,pero NO ME QUISIERON FACTURAR nada en el hotel y la mugre pagina de booking me dirige al hotel....o sea,,,,NO VOLVERIA A IR xq es dinero que no puedo acreditar como gasto
