"En general me pareció muy agradable y placentera nuestra estancia. Si regresaríamos."

Todas las comidas por sus variedades y que hay alimentos a cualquier hora, que tienen salvavidas, que la habitación tiene bebidas, las albercas son agradables, que tienen actividades todos los días y que por las noches tienen música en vivo.

El horario del chck in es muy tarde, en la habitación que nos tocó la rejilla del aire acondicionado se le veía con algo de hongo.

The pools were the only thing that was nice at this hotel

The jacuzzi room was filthy tubs were gross, sheets stained, sand on couches and floor. Rooms smelled musty. They didn’t have anymore available they down graded us and still charged the same amount. Total disappointment!! Food and was terrible!

Staff were on it to tell kids to leave adults only. Beds were really big. Entertainment was good

Food wasn't great. Especially the Mexican, but the Asian restaurant was awful. We left early disappointed.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, el mar espectacular, las albercas son grandes y atienden distintos grupos de personas, en general el hotel tiene todos los servicios.

El gimnasio está en muy malas condiciones y varias máquinas están fuera de servicio.

Muy mala experiencia no respetaron las reservas de booking por el nombre al.que estaba la reserva aun hablando con ellos me pidieron que booking se comunicara por correo para confirmar las reservas. Tardaron más de 3 hrs en el check in y la última vez que hable con ellos me dijeron que no podrían responder por la reserva a través de la plataforma. Terminaron haciendo otra reserva directamente con Riu y yo pedí la cancelación sin cargos y se negaron.

Les querían cobrar 14,000 MXN adicionales y ahora quieren hacer el cargo de cancelación de booking cuando esa reserva la pago mi papá directo con Riu.
