"Good location"

We chose this based on the location right off the interstate, but it was really not the best choice. On the upside----the staff was great!!!! Also, there were signs out that renovations were being done. Unfortunately, they had not been done in our room. It was fine for one night and I'm sure that after the renovations are made, it will be much better. It does have the kitchen area, a nice sitting area, and breakfast was good.

The hotel did not honor my reservation and gave me a room completely different from what was shown on the website and when I asked they said talk to booking.com besides they had availability. None of the TV apps were working, and there was no cold water—only hot water in the shower and bathroom. Breakfast was unacceptable. On the first day of my stay, they had no cereal, eggs, bread, yogurt, or fruit. When I asked the staff, they said they couldn’t do anything because their delivery truck had not arrived. Apparently, they had no backup plan and could only offer apologies. Overall, poor service and poor management. I would not recommend staying here.

"Ok but not modernized"

In a business area and hard to find in dark. Very tiny everything. Room was clean but very dated! Scratches and chips on counters and fridge. Did not have breakfast but room was tiny...maybe 4 tables. Very old building. All rooms had bathtub/shower combos and tiny. Can't stress enough.

"Exceptional place to stay"

Got in a little later than expected and was not in a good mood but the vibe here was exceptional. Convenient location and clean room for my few days there made things even better. Will definitely stay again.
