"Fair, only because of the security of the room door"

The breakfast was nice

The room door was off the track, and you had to pick the door up and literally slam it to lock the door as you enter and leave.

"What a welcomed surprise!"

What a surprise this place was. I normally stay in other Marriott branded hotels when I travel but this Towneplace was right by the convention I was going to. Aside from the room being spacious and clean, Annette at the front desk made my check-in feel so warm and welcomed. Annette made sure I received my Marriott member gift and let me know where anything I needed in the hotel was as well as places to eat and check out around the hotel. Annette might have been the best part of the trip and made my stay feel that much more welcoming.

"Ms Sharon rocks!"

Shominique was very sweet and helpful she answered a lot of my questions room was very clean and when I needed my room tidy out of spite she cleaned the room even if she didn’t have it always have a smile on her face she made my experience wonderful

Staff very nice. Very clean hotel. This is the 2nd TownePlace we stayed at on this trip, head to a 3rd one in Amarillo TX

That they had no hotel carts and had to carry everything to 3rd floor.

"Our relax time"

My stay here at the hotel been very nice the staff is wonderful love the laundry room and fitness center it's close to the shopping stores the casinos love Texas Roadhouse and Sharon the breakfast attendant is so nice and very helpful to me and my sister I really appreciate her our room stays clean we just love the housekeeper Medina this will always be our hotel to stay at
