"Exceptional"

This was a very clean hotel. Every staff person we encountered was very, very friendly. It was an easy off and on the highway and was surrounded by great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again as we have friends in the area.

"Good"

My A/C in my room did not work at all. It was so hot in my room I had to open the window. My shower curtain had mildew on it. The first time I opened the closet door the handle came off and i wasn’t being rough with the door knob. I’m also very certain that they gave me the wrong room.

"Best Kept Secret on Bossier City"

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! I was welcomed with a warm smile from the front desk check-in representative. The hotel atmosphere was cozy and smelled nice not musky and staled. What spoke volume for me was the breakfast coordinator, Sharon. She greeted us in the breakfast area with a beautiful smile and possessed great customer service. She kept the area cleaned, stocked with varieties of breakfast items. She went the extra mile by offering to warm my breakfast more for higher heat(no microwave ). She was attentive, asked if everything was good. I didn’t see the cereal she went to the back and came back with one of my favorites. This is my family “go to hotel”.

"Exceptional"

When I first arrive, it was a young man that checked me in. I did not get his name, but he was very professional. The next morning, when I went down to breakfast, it was a young lady. (I know she work on Tuesday and was off on Wednesday). I called her to breakfast lady) I did not get her name, but she was very friendly and made me feel so welcome. Yes, just because of these two staff members, I will return in the future. Only one issue the shower control did not work properly.
