TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bossier City

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Shreveport–Bossier City, and I want to make sure Ms. Annette at the front desk is properly recognized for her outstanding service. I arrived a little after 10:00 PM and was greeted with such warmth, kindness, and genuine care. Ms. Annette was incredibly attentive, sweet, and welcoming not everyone carries such a beautiful spirit, especially late in the evening, but she truly did. I was initially assigned to the 2nd floor, and when I asked if anything was available on the 1st floor, she immediately accommodated my request without hesitation. She went above and beyond by explaining all of the hotel amenities, the entrance guide, and making sure I felt comfortable as someone new to the area. Traveling during the holidays can be stressful, but Ms. Annette provided peace of mind and made me feel truly special and at home. She also acknowledged my Marriott Bonvoy tier status, which I greatly appreciated. Because of her amazing customer service, kindness, and professionalism, my stay started off on a perfect note. I got here late at night and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Annette checked me in and she was amazing! She made sure I had everything I needed and even recommended things to do during my stay. I have really enjoyed it! Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, friendly, if a bit dated.

Very limited breakfast (even though we were not late). No fresh fruit. No milk for cereal. No eggs. Not up to the standards we have come to expect from this chain.

The breakfast that Sharon made was the best I have ever had at a Towneplace Suites. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were cooked perfectly. Thank you Sharon!
