Arena Hotel

Hotel was dirty - got my clean clothes soiled when I put them on the shelf. Metal chairs in small room very uncomfortable. Lift non-existent or doesn't work. Had to trudge up and down 3 flights of stairs every trip. Staff rude, breakfast not available as advertised. Far away from public transportation. Will not go back.

Convenient with ample parking

The beds were very good , TV was good, The bath room was had mould on tiles . the floors was very slippers in bathroom. The carpet had large stains. I would not stay again

Friendly staff. Room was very basic and didn't feel clean, especially the bathroom. We were only there for one night to go to the Panthers' winning GF so it was fit for purpose.

Flatly refused to accept my Stay NSW voucher because I reserved through booking.com instead of phoning them. Was not notified of their alleged unfair policy. They said if I cancel & rebook at counter they'll still charge full fees for cancellation on top of new booking. Not sure what the problem is, $50 is still $50 regardless of who from. Extremely poor customer service, manager unreasonable & unhelpful. Denied me entry when I said not fair as budgeted with voucher. They charged my credit card FULL FEES & refused refund. Had to drive long trip home, out of pocket, kids miss out on zoo. Disguistingly unfair & unethical. Definitely not the high standard of service they claim to provide. I WANT MY REFUND!!! Just read their reviews via a Google search, OMG, just as well we didn't stay there, I'm gobsmacked.

Very dirty place to live in… bed sheets had big marks, walls were very dirty, bathroom was bery dirty. Not worth for even $10/night. Highly not recommended. Bed wheels were not locked, shower tap falls every time you try to use it…leaking shower, dusty hot water kettle and so many other things…

Two of the beds didn’t have blankets on them. Not ideal in winter. One tap in the bathroom the washer was broken so it just ran all night not only wasting water but super annoying. No milk in the fridge for coffee.

Easy to get to where we were in Sydney to see. The rooms were a bit small. Perfect for our trip but I wouldn't want to stay there for an extended holiday
