If u only want a bed it’s ok Not that clean

Although this is listed as a pet-friendly motel, only four of their rooms allow pets, so be careful when booking which room you choose or you could arrive late like us and be told your dog is not allowed. Luckily, the receptionist was able to work out something for us, so all worked out in the end.

The property had a 3.5/5 rating on Expedia so I wasn’t expecting the Hilton, but I was expecting clean and tidy as well as respect. I booked through Expedia, I was travelling from Regional Victoria, so did the right thing and got my travel permit from NSW. On arrival, reception asked for my license, then told me they cannot check me in as management have stated ‘no Victorian’s to be checked in’. After a bit of arguing, they finally checked me in. Now this hotel boasts a ‘Strict COVID plan’ of thorough cleaning and 3 days vacancy in rooms between occupants, sounds great…except on arrival to our room we found an opened and half empty bottle of Coke in the fridge and the toilet seat was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Bathroom flooded with every shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly which was also lovely

6 of us stayed there for one night. Have never been so happy with the service of a place. The lady in reception was fabulous. Rooms were very clean neat and tidy.

they were fantastic the staff are terrific careing and very helpful as always. so quiet to rest and relax and get sleep from working shift work. the meal i hd for breakfast was fantastic a great start to the day to help me back on the road to my long drive home. thankyou to all the staff there

The rooms are narrow, the highway is 15 meters away and the gas station is 10 meters away i.e it is very noisy at night you can’t sleep well
