El servicio del personal, la comida 10/10. El Spa muy buen servicio de parte de las masajistas.

Siento que las habitaciones pueden mejorar. En el Spa en el área de la relajación el Staff hablaba en tono muy alto.

Perfect for a baby moon beautiful grounds all staff were lovely and seemed happy to be there more of a relaxing upscale vibe which is what we were looking for breakfast had so many choices and was excellent

Steak restaurant wasn’t great. Others were good esp the Asian. Sun loungers fill up fast but we managed as I prefer beach which is less popular than the main pool

"This is not luxury nor all inclusive"

The resort is nice to look at at first glance although everything needs maintenance.

This resort is faux luxury and I would say the all inclusive is a bait and switch,.now that sanctuary town is not included. Example photo which sums up the resort the steakhouse marketed as upscale dining but the interior sign is flaking off the wall. Food is ok buffets are not really buffets, all served by staff causing long lines on busy periods, food not always hot. Restaurants are ok portion sizes are small. No buffet available on all inclusive in the evening. Lots of upsell and for the price you would expect more to be included. I don't think it's very good value for money. The room itself again looks nice on the surface but needs lots of work, chipped paint stains and sewage smell in the bathroom. The balcony bath had no hot water and the shower was a drizzle, provided shower products are cheap so take your own. The pool bar staff were ok the other wait staff seemed miserable most of the day. Entertainment staff are overly aggressive in their approach very short and not something you'd expect from "luxury".

El ambiente de la piscina es ruidoso y a nuestro gusto con una animación no exclusiva normalmente los hoteles de lujo son más relajados , las tumbonas siempre llenas y tienes que pelear por una . No es un ambiente de lujo , es como cualquier todo incluido un poco más elevado ..,
