L’environnement générale, les piscines, le style architectural

L’absence de la bande de sable sur la plage. Ceci n’était pas précisé sur le site. La plage y était lors d’un précédent séjours en 2017. Elle est actuellement interdite à la baignade. La qualité de la nourriture proposée dans les différents restaurants est médiocre et ne change pas d’un jour à l’autre. Certains plats comme du bœuf ou du poisson grillés sont facturés en supplément jusqu’à 60 $ alors que nous sommes supposés être dans un “all inclusive” ressort. Le mobilier dans les chambres est vieux et parfois cassé ou mal réparé. Le personnel est un peu trop collant trop à la recherche de pourboires. En fin de compte ce ressort est trop cher pour ce qu’il est vraiment devenu au dire même des employés.

"If you’re looking for a private relaxing stay this is the place for it!"

We booked 5 different hotels in punta cana on different sides to see the various areas.. this was one of the most beautiful properties we stayed in in Punta Cana. The lunch and breakfast buffet were delicious and i loved how hygienic it was with staff serving behind sneeze guards.

The food in the reservation restaurants was disappointing. We tried the asian and the italian and didnt enjoy our mains at all. It was also unfortunate how windy it was when we stayed that we couldnt use the beach at all due to high currents.
