There were definite downsides during our stay. There was no toilet paper or tissues in our room, the computer was not working and the coffee maker did not work. Saying all that, the staff was very helpful in providing supplies and support however they could. The breakfast and coffee was very good, though the juice maker was broken and there were only apples for fresh fruit.

Room was spotty on cleanliness. Front desk was not welcoming. Many furniture items and beds were in poor condition. Drawers were broken, all scraped up. Very uncomfortable beds. Pillows were tiny. Hallway was dirty. Someone kicked our door in the middle of the night. Breakfast - only drink available was cereal milk. Bagel and English muffins were old. No other drinks for the kids. No waters, no juice.

This place is a DUMP!! I am from this area and returned home for a visit and thought this was a bargain given the proximity to the highway as well as shopping and dining. I did not feel safe at this hotel at all. We left early due to very loud neighbors and the staff person was sitting outside in a car with someone doing who knows what. Too many issues to mention regarding the extremely run down condition. BEWARE!!!

The desk staff was great. The hotel itself definitely could use some updating. Our keys had to be reprogrammed every time we used them for some reason. I personally did not go down for breakfast but my husband and kids did not like it at all but conveniently there is an Ihop right outside the parking lot that we walked to. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor but we were able to use the one on the first floor. We had to cut our stay short one night and the gentleman at the front desk was super accommodating and understanding to our situation. Overall we were pleased with our stay especially for the price and the location.

Wasnt the cleanest hotel but it served its purpose.

The property was soooo old and run down. The sleeping sofa when open blocked the entire way from the bedroom to the bathroom. We had to crawl over the sofa bed to get to the bathroom. It was insane!!! Hot tub all boarded up. Stained sheets. Just not great. The photos looked gorgeous. It was not.

When we arrived to our room. The closet had dirty towels with blood and who knows what on them. The sheets were also visibly dirty. The front desk was very nice in replacing them and apologized. The website showed a hot tub but it is not in working conditions and it boarded up. That was disappointing. The hotel staff try to make it an enjoyable place but it needs some serious tlc.

Staff was very rude waited over an hour for clean towels and had to go back and ask multiple times after being told they would be brought to us. The sheets on the beds looked like they hadn’t been washed from the previous people and were to put back on the bed.

I can’t see how anyone would leave a bad review on this place. The rooms are very spacious, updated for the most part, clean, accommodating more than most and the staff from the front desk all the way to the little lady who serves breakfast, are freakin’ awesome. Although every hotel has their little downfalls, for how small the group that runs this place is, they bust their butts to keep this place up and running. The front desk crew is beyond amazing, they will go through hell and high water to make something happen and or possible for their guest. No matter how often they work, or how long they work, they keep a smile on their faces and make you truly feel at home. House keeping is awesome, very efficient and super friendly. Management is very professional and friendly. All around, this location is the ONLY COMFORT SUITES I will go out of my way to praise. You guys rock, you truly do ♥️😇
