COMFORT SUITES IS MY GO TO HOTEL UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I FEEL LIKE I STAYED IN A CRACK HOUSE. WALLS HAD PATCH PAINT THAT DIDN'T MATCH, TRASH BEHIND THE COUCH AND UNDER THE TABLE. THE BOTTOM OF THE TOILET WAS NOT CLEAN.THE GOOD THING I DIDN'T SEE ANY BUGS. THIS COMFORT SUITES SET THE STANDARDS VERY LOW.

There was no one at the front office several times. The pool was listed in pictures but wasn’t available. Our room was dirty and things were left used.

I really loved the hotel and the pricing. The room and hotel was clean and nice. Everything worked properly also.

no one at desk a couple times no one to refill coffee in am for quite some time the waffle maker is junk people were loud in the halls and we had a random stranger knock at our door continuously @1 also through the halls our daughter was balling and scared and another in our room had bad dreams all night from this scary person knocking on all the doors and yelling at my husband when we were all sleeping before he knocked front desk staff was not personable the shower is gross and old the water was cold for our shower the pillows were limp

Room was nice and clean. Elevator was slow and broken tile on the floor.

The place was dirty. Main door lock was broken, someone had broken into the bathroom in the past and not fixed. Furniture was damaged, sheets & curtains stained. Water filled as soon as tub is on. Very dry air.

I want a refund I have pictures and everything horrible rooms dirty staff unprofessional

The complaint i had was with the motion sensor light in the room. Lol. It was aimed at the bed. Every time i moved my foot the hall light would come on. Lol. Didnt get much sleep.

Room was not cleaned upon arrival. No towels/washcloths. Tub clogged. No breakfast available. Pool unsafe and hot tub not working
