Spark by Hilton Cincinnati Fairfield

Only one bath towel for two person reservation. No kleenex tissues. Toilet paper roll tube missing. One bed lightbulb didn't work. A/C didn't cool very well. Everything else was fine, but slow.

The hole motel needs to be up date.

This property was very run down! There were holes in the carpet, drawings on wall, ripped up wall covering, etc. Only 1 towel in the bathroom. The fire alarms went off at 1am, scaring everyone to death. After several minutes, while we were preparing to evacuate, they shut off. There was no alert or reassurance that everything was safe. The breakfast was severely lacking! There wasn't enough food for everyone. The options were very slim! The dining room was dark.

I book multiple hotels for my traveling team weekly, and they said this is the worst they have ever been in. Comfort Inn and Suites are now on our "do not book" list because of the unsafe and dirty lodgings at this hotel. Drug deals happening in the open, and rodent infestations are among the list of issues I received from them. Absolutely shameful, and the property owner and manager need to step things up big time. Not worth saving a few bucks at all.

Room was run down and dirty. Needs updated and deep clean. Walls were dirty.

The pullout couch in our bedroom looked like it hadn't been opened in years. There was dirt, coins, and a wrinkled up "risky" business card when we opened it. Also there was what appeared to be blood on the sheet. We shut that up immediately and did not use. Also the pool looked like it had a film on it and the hot tub had OSB board covering it. Elevator was dirty. Overall just unclean property. We would not come back.

Love the costumer service and the rooms

Cleaning is the bare minimum, facilities are dated with the pool area looking almost unuseable. The entire building had a very prominent stench of marijuana. You can tell they are using the facility for long term resident. Pillows were pathetic. Parking lot was a disaster with holes and cars up on jacks being worked on. Air conditioning unit didn’t cool the room. Staff was friendly enough

Parking lot was small. Property was somewhat rundown as the area around it. But it was clean and convenient.
