It was an ok stay. Could've been better. Room cleaning was by request only. No one told me that at check in. The elevator was in real bad shape. We took the stairs ost of the time.

Please look at the other terrible reviews for this property before you book. This hotel will make homelessness seem not so bad. I almost want to file divorce papers against my wife for letting me book this horrible place. No description is adequate to describe the conditions at this hotel. The only remedy is demolition of this property and sell the land to someone who knows how to run a hotel to rebuild. This hotel will make you want to never travel again. The best thing about a stay here is that no matter how horrible your current residence is it will seem like a castle on your return.

This was not a comfortable experience. The desk staff spoke very poor English and had to ask them to constantly repeat what they said. The room A/C was set on 60 degrees and the wall thermostat was inoperable. The A/C unit could not be regulated at all. For $190 for one night this was not a good value at all. Would not recommend staying here.

Outdated rooms, elevator, pool area, everything is either broken, cracked, dirty, and gloomy, staff not helpful, my request to have my room cleaned was denied. Overall terrible stay at comfort suites Only positive- even though my request for room cleaning was denied, cleaning lady was kind enough to change my sheets, take our trash and provided me with toiletries and towels

The hotel staff was friendly. The pool was closed and the rooms were very dirty. I didn’t feel clean being here. There were small bits of trash in our room and the pull out couch was stained and had no linens in the room. I had stayed at a different comfort suites a week after this and it was a night and day difference in standard and cleanliness at the other comfort suites I stayed at. It really put into perspective how uncared for this property is. It feels almost worse than a cheap motel. I wouldn’t recommend.

So i booked my room for me and my family for four day that first night kids got ready for bed and my son scream that something was crawling on him we looked and it was bed bug. So i jump up me and my husband went straight down to the desk and checked out even thought the lady said he manager was go contact me for the problems we had and no one called me.

Needs updated. Pull out couch for extra person could not be used as it would have blocked the room exit and bathroom. Piece of metal sticking out of the bed frame that was a hazard.

Super dirty rooms and run-down appearance overall. Paint peeling of walls, dingy smell throughout. Would highly recommend you avoid unless it is a last resort. I will NEVER stay there again.

The place was absolutely disgusting. Stains on beds, stains on curtains, stains and rips on shower curtain. No one was ever ask the desk when you called down or stopped by. Entire place smelled like marijuana, pool was cloudy with bugs in it, hot tub was out of order and has been for a while. The list goes on. Would NOT recommend

Booked through expedia. When checking in, there was a 1 dollar remainder on the account. They made me contact Expedia to speak to customer service to sent the hotel the one dollar. Customer service repeatedly told the front desk to check me in while they fix the issue between the hotel and expedia. They would not check me in until they got their dollar from them. Waited 45 minutes. Great start to a bachelorette trip..not.
