The room was nasty, I found a bed bug at the time of check out, I took a photo showed the front desk and asked for a nights refund. They told me I need to wait until pest control comes and confirms. This was on a Saturday but was informed pest control won’t be there until Monday. I paid cash and I insisted to be refunded immediately. I was denied and was argued with about the situation from management. I never received a refund and was appalled by the lack of customer service. We asked for towels and it seemed to be a problem.At the time of check in we was told if we lost our deposit receipt paper we won’t get our deposit back, I have never experienced service like this! Breakfast was terrible and coffee task like water. The pool was dim, rusty and dirty. The ceiling was caving in from water damage. I overheard other guest complaints as they checked out. A cocktail cup was found in the bed upside down in a guests bed, another guests complaint was the ceiling was leaking and had to put the trash can to collect the water. Terrible Terrible customer service and terrible amenities!!! Do not stay !

Excellent Comfort Inn , one of the best we have ever stayed at.

Just “ok”. Not a good value for the price. Would not stay here again.

Bedbugs in the room next to me.

Do not stay at this nasty place !!! Black mold everywhere, bedding had black pubic hairs all over and yellow stains 😳 no hot water….staff was rude and not willing to switch us rooms …no safety lock on door no cord to phone …Room 217 is absolutely disgusting and the floors have horrible stains all over them. The inside of AC vent full of black mold . Tried to talk to front desk lady was the rudest and we decided to ask for bedding to change the beds and she acted put out and said I’m coming to look at room 2 hrs later she had not come and went back down there and asked for bedding and she basically threw it at us in anger! Would not let any of my family or worst enemy stay at this dump!!!!!

For a family reunion, I rented two rooms for myself and family. I was in the first room, 209. My sister came the next day and she was in 210. She woke up in the middle of the night with bed bugs running around. And they bit her, she had a reaction.When we informed the desk and showed him pictures. He told us we could talk to the manager who comes in at 3. I wasn't willing to leave my family reunion to come back and talk about their bedbug problem.Not to mention they charged my credit card twice for a holding fee.I turned the keys in from the second room because that room was infested. So I haven't had a good night sleep since I've been here, and now I'm to trying prevent taking these bugs back with me. PISSED.
