Spark by Hilton Cincinnati Fairfield

The 50 dollar hold after paying and still have not received it back yet did it for me

This hotel was big enough and I liked the layout of the hotel. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed but as it was an overnight and out stay over, it was passable, Was a little over priced for the condition it was in and needs some freshening up, but wasn’t terrible

Bed sheets were very deteriorated. There was a limited amount of staff. The breakfast which was included, was cold what was supposed to be hot and viceversa. Definitely, I hope I don't have to stay there again.

This was the worst comfort inn we have ever stayed...especially for the price we paid! Our room was damaged...no toilet paper or kleenex in room when we got there...breakfast was so so...had to ask for things! Weed smell on 3rd floor was terrible... Unfortunately i looked around and the accetable hotels were sold out so we had to stay...will never stay here again!!! Won't let me add the pictures??

Super clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. But they had the strangest small pillows for the bed.

The floor was very dirty and the walls had yuck on them. Also it stated it was non-smoking but clearly you could smell smoke as soon as you entered the room. The pillows are not standard size but the size of throw pillows. The coffee pot was in the restroom which would be obvious that it is contaminated with germs and bacteria from the amount of people using the bathroom. It seemed as if this Comfort Suites does not take pride or care in the cleanliness, amenities or overall appearance of the rooms...

Great staff. Breakfast was great

Needs major repairs/upgrades. Food not setup during breakfast. Stood at front desk for 15 minutes before someone showed up to check us in.

The room smelled like garbage (really bad). We should have requested another room right then, but I asked the manager to have the cleaning staff do a cleaning while we were out for the day... He said he would take care of it, but when we returned late that night nothing had been done, room was the same as when we left and it still smelled. When I asked the same manager about it as we were checking the next morning, he remembered me and just said there are 4 other managers so it was not his fault the room was not cleaned. Lesson learned, I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again! The hotel was generally a dump. Maybe other Comfort Suites are in better condition but I do not plan to find out.

It was a very nice place to stay.
