Chrck in and check out from outside through a window. Continental breakfast was juice package, muffin, and apple. TV did not work. No outlets to use. Lamps not work. Bathtub has ceramic worn out

Never said breakfast was a brown paper bag fr front office. Muffin banana I paid for breakfast. Not ok.

People at front desk are nice enough. But kinda trashy, good for a discount property.

I booked this hotel for two nights as a stopover after a long international journey, expecting a smooth and restful check-in for myself and my family. We arrived at around 2:00 AM, completely exhausted, only to find no one at the reception desk. Despite ringing the bell multiple times, no staff appeared for nearly 15 minutes. When the night receptionist finally showed up, her demeanor was cold, unwelcoming, and lacked even the most basic sense of hospitality. I politely asked to see the room before checking in to ensure it would be suitable for my family and matched the photos from the website. She refused, citing fear of leaving her office after midnight — an excuse I found both unprofessional and concerning. I then requested to reduce our stay to just one night with the option to extend if we were satisfied. Again, she declined and told me I could only make changes online. When I asked for Wi-Fi access to do so, she denied that as well, stating that internet access is only provided after check-in. Despite the frustrating situation, I agreed to proceed under her conditions. However, she then informed me that payment could only be made via credit card — no cash accepted — and I did not have a credit card with me at the time. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told she was the only staff member available. Left with no other option, I asked her to cancel the booking and was forced to find another place to stay at 2:30 in the morning with my tired family. This experience was deeply disappointing and fell far short of even the most basic expectations of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property — the lack of professionalism, flexibility, and guest service is simply unacceptable.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful, the room and the washroom were terrible. Never reserving this, not even $10 for the night.

The staff and room is OK, but the towels and chairs are very dirty. The location is next to a busy cross-road, not feel safe. But you get what you paid for.
