Clean, quiet and comfortable good for a nights rest

The pictures on the website are nothing like in real. The air conditioner didn't work good,. The free breakfast was a yogurt a muffin a fruit in a paper bag. There is lot of homeless and drugie people hanging around and this made my stay uncomfortable. I wish I had spent a few more bucks and got a better place as I would have felt safer.

Very poor service they are still under renovation but the renting the rooms. very old, dirty and noisy washroom fan.

Me and my friend just had the worst experience at the hotel he was completely rude and psychotic, made us feel like our lives were in danger and wouldn't give us the room because the website apparently said you have to be 21 and since I booked it (I'm 19 and my friend 22) he wouldn't let us stay. He screamed at us saying a refund is not that "easy" ', meaning he wouldn't give us a refund and saying he's got us on camera when we were doing absolutely nothing wrong. We mentioned we didn't know the person booking had to be 21 and he was calling us a liar and trying to make bets with us about us "lying". We felt very unsafe speaking to this man. Please do not stay here.

Man and lady we dealt with at the front desk were lovely. Gave us great recommendations for both dinner and breakfast. And good directions.

Rooms are very dated and could use some tlc. But the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. And we were only needing a place to lay our heads for 1 night.

I understand that the cost of the stay is fairly standard, but the service was extremely poor. When I checked into my room, the TV wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk, but the lady I spoke to had no idea how to help or resolve the issue. They advertised that breakfast was included — unfortunately, it was terrible. The apple provided looked like it had been sitting around for a month, the muffin was ice-cold, clearly taken straight out of the freezer, and the juice for kids was simply undrinkable. What surprised me most was the reaction I received when I tried to provide feedback. I politely mentioned that the quality of breakfast being served was unacceptable, and instead of listening, the staff member became agitated. In the end, I found myself apologizing just for pointing out things that should have been taken seriously. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience. I hope management takes this feedback to heart and improves the service for future guests.
