The manager was hostile and the property was unkept. It was not safe. Do not book here.

Quite disappointed with everything. No lobby or front desk. Check in was through a window while I stood outside. The room was in desperate need of a good cleaning, the carpet is beyond cleaning and should be replaced. There was a large spider web from the ceiling to the curtains. Grout in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Not enough parking spaces. Overall, disappointed.

No breakfast included as advertised, rooms are clean and quiet. Good if you need a place to sleep, not much else.

The only reason I'm giving this motel one star is its convenient location near restaurants, shops, and gas stations. That said, I didn’t feel safe at night—we heard police sirens 4–5 times overnight. The motel’s Google listing is misleading—it links to a different hotel, which confused us about the location and showed inaccurate photos. On arrival, the check-in process was unclear due to a lack of signage. The woman at the desk wasn’t rude, but not friendly or welcoming either. The room was bug-free but outdated and unrenovated. The furnace worked, but the AC didn’t. Even with the heat off, the room stayed unbearably hot due to no ventilation or central fan. The air was stuffy, and we barely slept. We even smelled something burning in the middle of the night, though nothing was found. Breakfast was included, but only consisted of a cold muffin, a juice box, and a fruit—not much of a meal. To top it off, the morning front desk guy wouldn’t stop talking about his personal issues, whether you were interested or not. We booked last minute and likely paid more than it was worth. Wouldn’t return, even with the decent location.

The tub started gurgling in the middle of the night and a large amount of black water came up through the drain. The toilet would not flush after that happened. We were told that this bathroom had been upgraded. Needless to say we left the next morning without showering or using the toilet.
