Different in pictures than real.

Very rude staff, he was so mad at me that his own staff is the one who did charge me for a less amount. He won’t even listen while I’m trying to explain it to him, and told me to shut up! Very awful and disrespectful. Never coming back to this place again.

Talking through the window while checking in with the gentleman was very cold, very loud, and very unwelcoming and un-friendly. The cameras with the recliner chair was almost creepy. The lady was very nice. The beds very uncomfortable, pillows hard. Shower grout was stained red… homeless people waking and hanging out in parking lot.

Desk lady was totally unpleasant, appeared annoyed at me at check in. Asking questions in loud rude tone. It seemed I had to be louder and sharp toned than her for her to deal with me. She was argumentative at every turn. I ended up leaving early it was so bad. The heating in room was also not functioning, rather than deal with her just stayed cold while in the room. Was made to feel like an annoyance will never go there again. Stay away from this place until new, traned staff is my suggestion

The heating system had water hammer noises all night. When it did it pumped out inconsistent heat. So dry it gave be a very dry throat. Now I’m sick for the rest of my time here.

Good stay for the price!!!

WARNING!!! Do NOT book this hotel. We had the most Agregiously deplorable checkin experience ever. The manager was convinced I had called earlier and wanted to fight him over an early arrival time.. however, I had never had any conversation with this

Room was clean

Receptionist was wicked and very rude to me I pine arrival at 1am

Manager is disrespectful, looks like country racist. Disrespecting me and my country.

at check in very cold porch , hard to understand clerk, less than freindly demenor, steps out side to second level covered in snow, it was cold out room was warm , dark no light switch to turn on a light when entering, light switch in shower room has big hole only partially covered with switch cover. it was low cost room for night I will stay again.
