Very dirty. The floor of the elevator had multiple spills of different kinds of liquids that were left there for our entire stay. The walls of our room were grimy and sticky. We stayed 4 nights / 5 days and room service did not visit our room once. Will not be going back.
Check in was a breeze. The carpets have seen a better day. The fitness room was too warm, the equipment was sticky and there were no wipes for cleaning. But the room is ok.
Property was clean. AC did not work well but they supplied a fan for the room.
I’ve stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns—it’s my favorite chain. This one was pretty dumpy once you got past the lobby. The room had stained furniture, a wonky fire extinguisher system hanging from the ceiling, too-soft beds, poor shower pressure, an overly pressured sink faucet (so you couldn’t help but spray yourself when you turned it on). I drive through this way a lot and will probably never stay here again.
Sadly not my best stay here this is my 2nd time coming here having to kill roaches in the bathroom… I had to goto the front desk at 2am, but thankfully the receptionist was able to switch my room. She was sweet and understanding. As were the rest of the staff I interacted with. So 2 stars for the 4th floor roaches. 5 stars for the staff

Nice room. Variety at breakfast. When i first checked in, the staff gave me a bit of trouble. I have an id that is within 50 miles. They said renting to me was against their policy and would need to contact expedia for a refund. After discussing my situation and not being aware of this policy they allowed me to stay.
