The accommodations were fine. However I found the breakfast selection and presentation far inferior to other hotels that I have stayed in.
I will be filing an extremely below standards inspection report to Marriot Corporation recommending this specific franchise have its license revoked by Marriot. The front desk check in staff well below required standards and did not realize there is a Marriot help line to help resolve issues. They also treated BONVOY members not in accordance with Marriot standards The conditions are run down, shower water barely warm,the food was the worst ever in one of these locations.
We asked to change rooms because our room smelled bad. The rooms were small and not very comfortable. The breakfast made up for it.

Our room was not clean at all. There were cobwebs and dust all over the walls, the tub was stained and the refrigerator was broken.
Have been to this hotel numerous times. Just feel that its deteriorating over time. People are very nice there.
Clean and close to the arena. Safe but sketchy hotel next door. My only complaint was I could hear the people above me.
