I loved the hot tub. Absolutely wonderful. And the staff made chocolate chip cookies that were to die for. I wish i could have some now!!

Just had surgery , booked an accessible suite , tub/shower was NOT accessible! And tv didn’t work Was told there were no accessible suites so was down graded to a king room, much smaller no couch no living room area , called Expedia to dispute the difference between the suite and standard room, they called hotel and hotel said there was no issue. I should not have to jump through hoops to get a refund that I Absolutely deserve trough no Fault of mine !!! What a disgrace !
