Everything was good. The room size is normal for two people. Not noisy. Kitchen utensils included 1 large pot and 1 large frying pan, also 4 plates, cups, glasses, forks, spoons, knives. The beds were more or less comfortable. But the pillows need to be replaced or you need to bring your own.

There is a smell in the room and it is quite strong.

Because of a mistake I made with dates, I had two different rooms. Both were spotless, everything worked (microwave, stove top, shower) and both were in very good condition. The front desk people (especially Jackie and her supervisor) were and are incredibly helpful and just nice people to have interactions with.

The location is nice for access to things but very congested which is no fault of the hotel.

Had a bad smell in our room. Did not feel like a place you could relax. No space to enjoy weather outside.

Good clean basic accommodation

Good place overall, good value for money in this area. Staff overall was friendly.

Unprofessional and ignorant attitude by managers. Called by Jackie during the day before the last night of our paid stay (4 nights out of 5). She kept insisting in a forceful manner that we should have checked out already, though I told her a number of times we had already paid for another night's stay. She had no interest in my CORRECT explanation. Phone handed off to her manager (a 'gentleman') who finally checked and found that I was correct. I told him Jackie should apologize (he should have as well for this rude inconvenience). He said no apology by Jacke was necessary, as she handled the situation correctly. Poor customer service by these two unprofessional and ignorant individuals.

It had everything I needed, and was in a good location for my needs. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place without frills to stay, this is a good option.

The building is aging and it shows it. Old faucets and showerheads. The beds were slightly uncomfortable with pillows to match (only slightly. I still managed to get great sleep).
