The location was excellent. The staff was amazing. I used the laundry facilities.

the lack of cleanliness, the room had a horrible musty smell and my wife and I had allergies.

Free parking, close to a lot of shops and restaurants, washing and drying machines onsite, safe location, airconditioned hallways, DIRECTV cable, fresh towels every day.

There was a smell when the aircon was shut off, maybe because of the humidity in Florida; beds could be more comfortable and with more solid mattresses, few amenities onsite.

Good staff and responsive service. Initially, the air conditioner in my room was leaking, but the night assistant quickly resolved the issue by switching us to another room. The city has high humidity, so I really appreciated the towel exchange service, as nothing dries easily in the room. Big bonus is kitchen 👍and guest laundry.
