"Very poor"

Good location. Large parking lot

The hotel is very run down. The room smells so bad that it's hard to sleep. All clothes have to be washed after stay.

"I cannot believe this place is even open. It's so moldy in the entrance. It stinks in the hallways,"

Stinky, moldy, dirty. Pillows were flat and stunk like mildew. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The only reason we stayed is because we escaped the hurricane and we had nowhere else to go. It was so bad, I actually slept with a face mask on!

"Moldy rooms"

The room was moldly and bed was uncomfortable. We left a day early due to the horrible room conditions. Asked to be switched to another room and was told they didnt have any available even though the parking lot was half empty. Difficult to reach management. Only security guard during the late evening and night. When we checked out I was told by front desk I would be refunded for the night I didnt stay since I checked out a day early and then the management refused to refund me my money through booking.com. This was the worst property I have ever stayed at.

The mold and uncofortable bed. Being lied to by office staff. They said I would be refunded a night stay as I had to check out a day early due to mold and bed then when I requested refund through booking.com the management refused to give it to me. So I was charged for a night I didnt even stay there.

"Good value, bathroom floor needs repair."

location, price, staff were cordial.

Vinyl flooring in the bathroom was coming up and loose. Did not look hygienic. Other than that the room was clean.
