Good equipment. Perfect environment. Marvellous snorkelling condition. Nice activities(nurse shark/manta spotting)(we are not lucky enough to spot the manta but the shark is easier to be seen). Delicious foods. The staff’s passion and carefulness make the trip even better.

From the moment we booked our stay at W Maldives, we were blown away by the warm communication and smooth coordination. The team’s quick replies via email made our arrival seamless, and the warm welcome upon reaching the resort set the tone for an unforgettable stay. A special shout-out to Saha from the Whatever/Whenever team, who went above and beyond to answer every query with kindness and efficiency. She arranged the most beautiful honeymoon set-up in our villa, making our experience truly magical. We were also fortunate to have Ibraheem as our housekeeper for Room 220. He was exceptionally friendly, respectful of our privacy, and kept our villa immaculate. His thoughtful surprises and small touches each day added so much joy to our stay. When it comes to food, W Maldives truly shines. Dining at Fish restaurant with Chef Baka was a highlight—we are still dreaming about his creations! His passion for food was matched by his warmth during our conversations, making each meal extra special. Over at Wet bar, we were spoiled with incredible service from Ishara and Muhey, who made every moment fun and memorable. Ishara deserves extra praise for crafting the best spicy cocktails we’ve ever had and ensuring we were always well taken care of. We also want to thank Mangala and Noor for their outstanding hospitality and attentive service. Beyond the service, one of the most memorable parts of our stay was the genuine conversations we had with so many of the staff members. It was heartwarming to learn that many of them have been working with W Maldives for years. Hearing this made us even happier, knowing that such talented and hardworking individuals are valued and treated well for their service. It added a deeper layer of warmth to our experience, making us feel truly at home. Our visit to the Away Spa was the perfect way to unwind—the deep strokes melted away our tension and left us completely relaxed. The resort itself is stunning. With its newly renovated amenities, everything feels fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully curated to reflect W’s signature creativity. The villas are designed with couples in mind, blending comfort, luxury, and artistry perfectly. And the natural beauty surrounding the island is unmatched—the vibrant reefs offered us unforgettable snorkeling adventures, complete with magical encounters with sea turtles. Our honeymoon at W Maldives was nothing short of perfection. The team’s warmth, exceptional service, incredible food and drinks, relaxing spa, and breathtaking surroundings made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience we will cherish forever. We were also celebrating our anniversary, and the arrangements were beyond anything we expected. Every detail was thoughtful and meaningful. From the decorations to the personal touches, we felt incredibly special. Thank you for making it so memorable. 💕 The snorkeling experience was another highlight—truly magical. We swam alongside sharks and even a sea turtle, all just a short swim from the villa. The house reef is stunning, and the underwater world left us speechless. The newly renovated rooms are exceptional—sleek, luxurious, and comfortable. W Maldives truly offers top-tier, high-end facilities, but what sets it apart is the heart behind the service. We were at the W Maldives last week for a 1 week vacation and we had the most awesome time filled with great memories. House reef was superb. We could even spot turtles, reef sharks etc within the villa waters! We also had the opportunity to try off menu delicacies like Sri Lankan & Maldivian dinners at Kitchen as well as Peruvian-Japanese Omakase dinner at SIP. Worth highlighting is the impeccable service at Kitchen where we had breakfast every morning and a couple of dinners - many thanks to Kitchen restaurant manager Hassan and his team.  Our 1 week trip was packed with activities from manta ray snorkeling, parasailing, catamaran sailing,sunset fishing to special cocktail masterclass and Maldivian cooking class, etc it was never a dull moment in W Maldives! Special thanks to GM Amila and his very hospitable team - Saito, Claire, Sandra, Hassan, Ben, Anna, Ding, Celine, Adam, Nihal, Launsy,  Honda, Christopher, Mani, Silwai who made our stay a truly memorable one. We look forward to coming back!
