I was really surprised at the standard of the hotel and the cleanliness considering it was such a cheap room for the night. The staff were so lovely. The only thing that let it down was the beds were too soft so we didn’t sleep

Excellent value for money. Staff polite and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Hotel clean and comfortable. Breakfast superb.

Stayed for one night on 27.12.2024. We were visiting relatives in the area and needed a dog friendly hotel. The price we paid was very reasonable and the room was as I would have expected for the price I paid. Everything was clean, and bed was comfy. The hotel was quite during the night , we were not disturbed by noise . I would go back to this hotel and would like to point out the warm welcome you get from Reception. The young lady who was on reception on check in was very pleasant and friendly and so was the chap that took over from her for the evening shift. I think pleasant staff always make your stay much better and I would therefore recommend this hotel to other guests. I have stayed in many hotels where reception staff can be rude and have a don't care attitude, but not this hotel :)

Good

I stayed here and experienced nothing short of a sleepless night. The room opposite were incredibly loud and though this is not at fault of the hotel, I had to get dressed at 3am and go to reception. Police were called a while after.

Very welcoming. Friendly staff. Nice room with dated but functional bathroom. Very well priced. Room much too hot and no control over it from the room. Have to ask reception.
