"Awful "

2.0

Awful, mold , bathroom flooded and water run in the main room. Hole around smoke alarm could see electrical wires. Dury manager put in a complaint and she spoke to her manager that agreed i would have full refund but haven't received a email to confirm this yet. Duty manager took photos and sent to her manager.

"Good and bad"

The room was clean and tidy however the bed was rock hard, the pillows had no substance and the heating controls did not work along with a noisy fan

"Poor "

The. Mattress was springs bulging into my back when tools reception I was told they would put a topper on the mattress when we arrived in the evening it hadn’t been done Went to reception again they gave me a quilt so I put it under the sheet and breakfast was poor and mostly empty dishes
