I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is incredible it’s a great vibe. The pool and terrace is beautiful. The service is top notch and the restaurant food is something you must try! We had the pleasure of meeting the chef because we wanted to personally share with him how much we enjoyed his food. The staff is very attentive and friendly which makes everything even better. I will be going again real soon. Big shout out to Lynn your doing a great job!

"An overall great experience and we will definitely make it our go to hotel next time we visit."

The breakfast was five star quality. The service and waitress were excellent. The menu was way above what we expected at a hotel.

The parking garage could have been explained a little better at check in. We were not able to get out without going back inside and having the gate opened.

"I usually love staying here but this stay was awful, I hate to say."

Beatriz at the front desk was the one good thing about our stay. She was very helpful upon check in!

The pool was freezing cold and it states it’s heated online, we came down from Albuquerque for a little vacation with our baby and it was difficult to enjoy :( it was going to be his first time in a pool but it’s okay! It was also very very loud by our room. Our neighbor let their door slam onto their lock all day and night long. Our baby was constantly being woken up and our carpets were dirty when we got there. I only noticed how dirty it was because my baby is starting to crawl and picks up every little thing. The shower also took almost 25 minutes to heat up everytime we wanted to shower.
