Aree Tara Resort

The front desk staff were welcoming & upgraded us to a room which had its own pool entry balcony, however the room was small with no space to even put our luggage. The pool itself seemed to be mainly in the shade throughout the day which wasn't ideal for us. Breakfast was ok with a fair selection. We sat by the window and it was very dirty with dead bugs at the bottom. We stayed in a different hotel for less money the next 2 nights after we checked out of the aree tara and it was much better value for money. The Aree Tara is ok for a few nights stay but I wouldn't want to stay for a whole holiday. The location is quite good as its within easy walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.

Made a last minute booking and although we reached very late, room was ready and check in process was very fast. Receptionist was very helpful and provided some tips for cheaper laundry. Room was clean and perfect for a couple and bathroom was huge. It was located near the street and halal food was readily available.

Dont choose this hotel. The staff is super duper rude!!!!

The aree tara certainly lived up to its pictures. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was big enough to acommodate my husband, myself with both my kids. The hotel on the whole is very clean and everything was in a walkable distance, even shopping!!!!! Thank you everyone for making this a memorable trip!

Room is clean & comfortable, staffs are friendly & helpful. However, please add on the free wifi service in room.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days.. It's value for money.. Polite staff, awesome food n very convient to roam around.. I will suggest this hotel to everyone.. Only issue I found here staff doesn't understand English well :(

Location is abit further from aonang beach. But you can easily rent a bike and travel around krabi ! Room is good for the price paid. will definitely come back to Aree Tara!

Hotel is near to Ao Nang. Room is spacious and nice.

Staffs were rude and lazy. There were 5 of them are the reception area (why would you need so much at the reception area??), hanging out, talking among themselves and watching tv. When we asked for a new towel, one of them replied to us in a rude way while the rest just looked at us like as if we had distracted their conversation. Customer service was so bad. Room service wasn't really neatly done too. I will not come back to this hotel.
